01. What the app stores

Watch Game Bundle is a standalone Apple Watch game collection developed by Mustafa Can Erdem, operating as Cobalative Studios in Türkiye. This policy covers the app, including Glimwing, Berry Belly, Pearl Skip and Bloom Picnic, and its marketing and privacy websites.

The app stores the following locally on your device so the games can remember your progress and preferences:

• High scores, collected-item records and win counts.
• Your saved Bloom Picnic board and its score.
• Settings such as haptics, motion effects and Berry Belly’s difficulty.
• Your last selected game and whether you have completed each introduction.

The app does not upload these records to us, operate an account system or implement its own cloud synchronisation. All four games can be played offline. It does not request access to your health data, location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone.

02. No ads or tracking in the app

The app contains no advertising, subscriptions or in-app purchases. It does not include third-party analytics, advertising identifiers, behavioural tracking or a developer-operated crash-reporting SDK. We do not sell or rent your personal information or use gameplay records for advertising.

03. Apple’s services

Apple handles App Store downloads, payments and any associated account or transaction information under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not receive your payment card details.

Device backups, operating-system diagnostics and any reports you choose to share through Apple are managed by Apple and your device settings. These services are separate from data collection by the game. Learn more in Apple’s privacy policy.

04. Visiting our websites

This policy applies to watchbundle.cobalative.com and watchbundleprivacy.cobalative.com. These pages do not use analytics scripts, advertising trackers, cookies or browser storage. Images, styling and fonts do not require third-party content services.

The websites are hosted by Netlify. As part of delivering and securing the pages, the hosting provider may process technical request information such as your IP address, browser information, the requested URL and request time. This website traffic is separate from the app’s local gameplay data. Hosting information may be processed outside your country. See Netlify’s privacy statement for information about the provider’s practices.

05. If you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and any information or attachments you choose to include. We use this information to respond, investigate your issue and maintain necessary support records. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your request.

Support correspondence is processed through our email provider and retained only as needed to handle the enquiry, follow up and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not use support emails for unsolicited marketing. Contact information may be disclosed to service providers that help deliver support, or when required by law.

06. Your data and your choices

You can change game preferences in the app’s settings. Deleting the app from your watch removes its local app data from that device. Copies included in device backups may remain under Apple’s backup settings; restoring a backup may restore app data.

Because we do not receive your locally stored game records, we cannot access or delete them remotely. For personal information you send us, such as support emails, you may contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. Depending on your location, other rights may apply, including the right to object to or restrict processing, request portability or complain to your local data protection authority. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law.

07. Children’s privacy

The app does not ask for personal information from players, including children, and does not include accounts, chat or advertising. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through a support enquiry, please contact us so we can review and address it.

08. Updates to this policy

If the app or our data practices change, we will update this page and its date. Any future feature that changes how personal information is handled will be described here.
